It takes three business days to produce your order. After 3 days, we ship via UPS Ground which can take 2-5 days.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in regards to the workmanship and quality of materials used to produce your canvas gallery wrap.
If you are not happy with the quality our product, please contact us for a full refund.
My piece was damaged during shipping!
Please let us know within 72 hours, and we will ship a replacement at no charge to you.
Care and Use
Can I hang my artwork outside?
Although our pieces are printed with a pigment-based ink, we do not recommend hanging them outdoors in direct sunlight. In addition, we cannot guarantee our product is 100% waterproof.
Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid area?
Because canvas is a natural product that will shrink and swell due to significant changes in temperature or humidity, we do not recommend hanging in a bathroom.
Are there any special mounting instructions I should follow when hanging my piece?
All canvases come ready to hang with pre-installed hanging hardware. All you need is a hook or nail in the wall. 3M Command™ Strips work great in an apartment or on a wall that you do not want to permanently damage.
How do I clean my canvas?
Wipe off your canvas with a clean, damp cloth.

What is my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, we will e-mail tracking information to the e-mail address you provided during checkout.
